Bojangles | (2023)

Bojangles is a chain restaurant whose specialties are buttermilk biscuits and Cajun-seasoned fried chicken. Most restaurants can be found in North Carolina.Founded in 1977, Bojangles saw its success spread during the strike of Hurricane Hugo in 1989. The chain remained open in the Carolinas whilst most other fast-food chains closed. As of September 2022, Bojangles has spread to 789 locations.Bojangles’ famous buttermilk biscuits are made by hand. Each Bojangles restaurant churns out between 900 and 1000 of these per day. Bo’s popular chicken seasoning is so in demand that it is available for the consumer to purchase.

About The Bojangles Menu

Menus can vary between locations. Here is what’s on offer in most stores right now.

Chicken Sandwiches

Bojangles’ irresistible Cajun-seasoned chicken with its crunchy coating served between buttered buns is one to try today. Thick-cut dill pickles and mayonnaise finish the sandwiches off. You can enjoy it on its own or as a combo with a drink and a Fixin’ currently for under $8.00.

Fancy something else? The Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich is also available for the small current price of $2.99! This is described as “Carolina-style, pulled-pork BBQ that is equal parts vinegar tangy and slow-cooked smoky.” For such a small price, you get a generous amount of pork too!

Family Meals

The best of it all. Chicken tenders, biscuits, drinks, and Fixin’s all come together for the family feast. Go big or go home with the 20-piece chicken meal, including 10 made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits and a gallon of Legendary Iced Tea. Prices tend to range from $19.99 up to $38.79 for the 20 Pc. Jumbo Tailgate, which includes 20 pieces of chicken, 10 Biscuits, four Picnic Fixin’s, and one Gallon of Iced Tea.

Biscuit Meals and Breakfast

What combo will you go for? Served all day, every day, there is a breakfast and biscuit meal for everyone at Bojangles. It doesn’t end with savory biscuits, either. You can enjoy hickory smoked bacon, country-style sausage, and the fan favorite Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit with an all-white meat chicken breast that has been marinated with a strong combo of seasonings that is served on a fresh buttermilk biscuit.

You can even go sweet with cinnamon or Bo-Berries biscuits. These made from scratch buttermilk biscuits are loaded with Bo Berries and topped with sweet, sweet icing. If you need some fuel in your tank, you can opt for Bojangles’ signature premium 100% Arabica coffee and Bo-Tato Rounds. These are basically savory potatoes that have been fried to golden brown perfection with just a small hint of onion.

Biscuit combos start at just $4.50 in most locations. But, we recommend that you check your local branch for the brand new but hugely popular 2 Sausage Biscuit Combo. This contains a seasoned, zesty sausage on top of buttermilk biscuits, and served with a home-style fixin’ and a drink of your choice.

Kids’ Meals

Kids can enjoy a few tasty meals at Bojangles and they start at just $4.49 in most locations. Pair Bo’s legendary biscuit with Macaroni & Cheese is, well, legendary and a huge hit with kids, as are the Supreme Tenders, which come with four chicken pieces of juicy, boneless, whole-breast select tenderloin filets, that have been seasoned to perfection. These are then served up warm and fresh with a buttermilk biscuit. It doesn’t stop there, though! You can also choose a Fixin and a drink to fill ‘em up.

Fixin’s are Bojangles’ next-level sides. Choose from small, medium, and large Seasoned Fries from under $2.00, the classic Macaroni & Cheese, from $1.49, Cole Slaw from $1.49, and get some greens in you with Bojangles’ Green Beans, from just $1.49 right now.

We highly recommend going to the Pimento Cheese Spread tub with its classic southern recipe consisting of creamy cheese and all round deliciousness! You can even turn your sandwiches, chicken, and biscuit options into combos to make the most of Bo’s offerings. Prices vary depending on what item you order and turn into a combo, however. Check with your local Bojangles to find out the price first.

Want something light? The Garden Salad is incredible, with fresh romaine lettuce, red cabbage, and iceberg lettuce topped with shredded carrots, cucumber slices, grape tomatoes and a healthy dose of creamy Monterey Cheddar cheese.

Grilled Chicken and the Supremes Tender Salad are other fantastic options, and you can dress them up or down, currently starting at only $4.29.

Can You Dip It?

Of course! There are a range of tasty dips to accommodate your meals, such as BBQ Sauce, Honey Mustard, Ranch, or Bo’s Special Sauce: creamy, roasted red pepper, a perfect pairing with chicken.

Ask for any of these extras and you get them completely free!
